Based on her book of the same name, this 45-minute interactive workshop focuses on how to methodically place your book of knowledge into the marketplace in order to drive business to you. Lorelei McClure serves as the Community Relations Liaison for the Education and Training Team with the Arizona Department of Revenue. She assists with leading a team that is charged with providing front-end taxpayer education and internal training and development. She also serves as a liaison between Arizona Cities/Towns and the department as it relates to educational needs. Lorelei joined the Arizona Department of Revenue in 2019. During her time with the department Lorelei has worked with our Collections Customer Care Team, Bankruptcy Team, and Field Collections Team, gaining a wealth of knowledge that she uses to help educate internal employees and to serve taxpayers.
