Holiday shopping can be a way to support the local businesses and people who help Greater Phoenix thrive. If you’re searching for queer-owned businesses in Phoenix, looking for thoughtful gifts, or hoping to spend a day discovering local makers, the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce (GPECC) offers two helpful places to begin: the member directory and the Queer Holiday Market vendor and event page.

The directory helps you explore businesses throughout the year. The market brings makers, food vendors and community members together in one place for a seasonal shopping experience. Both are practical ways to find local businesses and put your holiday spending to work in the community.

Start With the Queer Holiday Market

The 4th Annual Queer Holiday Market is scheduled for Sunday, November 22, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Chateau Luxe, 1175 E. Lone Cactus Drive in Phoenix. Admission is free. The event is presented by Brick Road Coffee and Prism Coffee Lab.

The market is an indoor gathering for LGBTQ+ and allied artists, makers, food vendors and small businesses. Visitors can browse local goods, meet the people behind the businesses, and find seasonal food and drink. It is also a chance to connect with community organizations and neighbors. Everyone is welcome.

The Chamber’s market page includes event details and vendor information. Check it before you go for the latest updates, including any changes to the schedule or participating vendors.

A Few Member Businesses to Look For

The Queer Holiday Market is one place to discover local entrepreneurs, but it’s not the only way to support LGBTQ+ and allied businesses. Here are a few GPECC member examples across different kinds of goods and services.

Empower BodyCare

Empower BodyCare is a family-owned business offering CBD topicals and other wellness products. Its product range includes body oils, soaking salts, creams and tinctures. The company describes its products as award-winning and highlights its use of U.S.-grown organic hemp and third-party testing. Empower BodyCare is also a Queer Holiday Market vendor.

For a gift, explore the business’s product selection and review each item’s details to find an option that suits the recipient.

Drink Me! Tea Room

In Tempe, Drink Me! Tea Room offers a modern afternoon tea experience with organic teas, savory treats, scones and sweets. Its menu is vegan and gluten-free, and the tea room also offers themed menus, tea cocktails and an online shop. Drink Me! Tea Room is a Queer Holiday Market vendor.

A visit can make a thoughtful outing as well as a gift. The tea room recommends reservations for its afternoon tea service, so check its reservation information before planning a visit. Tea, merchandise and gift options are also available through its online store.

Brazen Therapy and Breathe Chiropractic

Not every meaningful holiday purchase comes wrapped in paper. The GPECC directory also makes it easier to find professional services in the Valley. Brazen Therapy offers mental health services, and Breathe Chiropractic provides chiropractic care in Phoenix.

These are examples of businesses to explore when you or someone you care about is looking for ongoing support or care. Review each provider’s website and contact them directly to learn about services, availability and whether they are a fit for your needs.

How to Find More LGBTQ+-Owned Businesses in Greater Phoenix

The GPECC member directory is a useful starting point when you want to shop beyond a single event. Search by business name, keyword or category, including food and beverage, shopping, health and wellness, and business services. Listings include LGBTQ+-owned and allied member businesses across the region.

Try searching for the kind of product or service you need, then follow the listing to learn more about the business. You can also check whether it has a website, current hours, an online shop or a physical location. If you’re searching for a specific type of holiday gift, use terms such as “art,” “wellness,” “food,” “gifts” or “shopping” to narrow your browsing.

The directory is helpful year-round, not just during the holidays. It can introduce you to local providers, community organizations and businesses you may want to return to after the seasonal rush.

For Business Owners: Vendor Applications Close November 1

Businesses that want a booth at this year's market have until Sunday, November 1, 2026 to apply. The Chamber is accepting applications in six categories: retailer or artist, health and wellness, food pop-ups, food trucks and trailers, non-profit organizations, and information vendors. Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.

Vendors bring their own setup, including tables, chairs, signage and display materials. Food vendors must meet Maricopa County permitting requirements for temporary or mobile food service, and all participating vendors are required to register for the free Verizon Small Business Digital Ready program before the event.

Applications, booth details and the full vendor terms and conditions are posted on the Eventeny listing.

Make Your Holiday Spending Count

Shopping locally can create a more personal experience: you can ask the maker about their work, learn how a product is made or get a recommendation directly from the business. It can also help keep spending connected to the businesses and communities that make Greater Phoenix distinctive.

A few simple habits can make your search easier:

  • Check the details before you go. Confirm business hours, availability, location and event updates through the business or organizer.
  • Ask about gift options. Many businesses offer gift cards, online ordering, shipping or pickup.
  • Share what you find. Recommend a business to a friend or leave a thoughtful review after a visit.
  • Explore services as well as products. A class, appointment or gift card can be a useful way to support a local professional.
  • Follow up after the market. If you discover a maker at the event, find their business through the directory or online and stay connected.

If you’re attending the Queer Holiday Market, consider making time to browse at your own pace and talk with vendors. The market is a community gathering as well as a place to shop. Your visit, purchases and referrals help build connections between local businesses and the people who support them.

Find Your Next Local Favorite
