Speaker bios:
Stephanie Maloney is the President and owner of Premier Estate & Retirement Planning. Along with her team, she serves families nationwide in the areas of Estate & Financial Planning using our Foundation Planning approach focusing on education first and foremost. She is passionate about getting the word out to young and old about the importance of having proper legal documents in place to handle the bad times. They began in Michigan in the 70’s and transitioned to Arizona in 1992. They plan to be here for many years with the addition of Mike III five years ago.
Lisa Stratton is with the Arizona Community Foundation, whose mission is to mobilize enduring philanthropy for a better Arizona. She works with individuals and families, alongside their estate planning attorneys, to help them create their lasting charitable legacy after lifetime. Lisa has also overseen the work of the Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy at ACF, who has granted out over $1 million into the Arizona LGBTQ community over the past three years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their three dogs, as well as playing in and serving on the board of the Phoenix Gay Flag Football League.
Thank you New Pathways for Youth for hosting today’s luncheon.

Land Acknowledgment
The Equality Chamber acknowledges the twenty-two Native Nations that have inhabited this land for centuries. Our great city is in the Salt River Valley on ancestral territories of Indigenous peoples, including the Akimel O’odham or Pima and Pee Posh or Maricopa Indian Communities, whose care and keeping of these lands allows us to be here today. We acknowledge the sovereignty of these nations.
