Summary: The GPECC Business Boot Camp is a program designed to give new business owners the training and support they need to create a solid foundation for their business. Topics will include:

• Corporate structures

• Finance (bookkeeping, taxes, etc)

• Human Resources and management

• Marketing

• e-commerce

• AI and Business

• Tips and tricks for small business owners

Each participant will also be paired with an experienced business owner to provide additional support throughout the program.

By the end of the program the participants will:

• Have a business plan

• Have an e-commerce store if apporpriate

• Have solid financial systems

• Have a marketing plan

• Have policies and procedures

Drag Performer Coalition

Summary: The GPECC Drag Performer Coalition is designed to support drag performers in the Greater Phoenix area develop their business. Many of our performers are wonderful on stage, but need support to create the systems needed to run a successful small business.

This program will have tailored technical assistance trainings for the community. Once a performer has completed the trainings, they will have access to the Drag on Demand app which will connect performers with performance opportunities.

Training topics will include:

• Business basics

• Marketing

• Bookkeeping and invoicing

• Communications

Other benefits:

• Connection with non-traditional drag venues/opportunities

• Slack channels to get advice on topics like costumes, wigs, etc

• Drag on Demand app access
