As a GPECC member, being a safe space means actively creating an environment where all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, feel respected, valued and free from discrimination. - Ensure your business has an explicit non-discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
